*created and executed hundreds of highly successful corporate events and multi-day programs for executive and incentive group travellers at the Fairmont Empress, Victoria Conference Centre, Royal Roads and other venues
*Sea Mill Productions was the second largest private employer of musicians in the Greater Victoria area for 20 years – based on Stats Canada information

1994 – 1996           BC Realtor’s license
* worked for Royal Lepage, Colwood

1987 – 1994           Mother and homemaker to three children

1977 – 1986           Design and Display Technician, National Museum of Man, Ottawa
* created replicas of Inuit artifacts, mounted displays of First Nations artists including Alex Janvier, Daphne Odjig and Bill Reid, among others
* built a large scale model of the new Museum of Civilization that opened in 1988 in Hull, Quebec
* tri-lingual in German, English and French, received Federal bilingual bonus


2012 – present       The Lou Williamson Scholarship Fund
* co-founder and Executive Director of the Lou Williamson Scholarship Fund, a private foundation in memory of a great musical friend.
* to-date the Foundation has awarded over $230K in scholarships and awards supporting Canadian music students and public music education

2015 – present        Juan de Fuca 55+ Centre
* volunteer German Teacher at the Juan de Fuca 55+ Centre
* volunteer French Teacher for two years

2017                         Canada’s 150th
* produced, directed and filmed a 60-minute documentary on the lives of a diverse group of members at the JdF 55+ Centre

2000 – 2016             BC Children’s Hospital Foundation
* sponsored the BCCHF Victoria Festival of Trees for 17 years
* volunteer organizing committee member 5 years

2015                        Creatively United for the Planet
* presented the first educational showcase display for Passive House construction concepts at the Creatively United for the Planet Festival

2005 – 2010            Alzheimer Society of BC – Victoria Walk for Memories
* co-chair two years, doubled revenues the first year I organized the event
* volunteer committee member for the Victoria Walk for Memories five years

2004 – 2005            BC Cancer Foundation
* volunteer team leader and fundraiser at the Weekend to End Breast Cancer, a major fundraising event for the BC Cancer Foundation in Vancouver
